Australian Masters Games participants will have even more reason to celebrate with the opportunity to win a trip to the exclusive XXXX Gold Island via the Games social program in Geelong this October.
All visitors to the Avalon Airport Games Village can win just by quenching their thirst with an icy cold XXXX Gold, the official beer of the 14th Australian Masters Games, at the opening and closing ceremonies or at the mid-week party.
The lucky winner will waltz away with a two night trip for them and three friends to the XXXX Island in the Southern Great Barrier Reef to experience the good life.
XXXX Gold sponsorship and events leader Dean Matthews said the prize will be a welcome reward after some fierce competition.
“XXXX Gold is thrilled to be the official beer partner of the 14th Australian Masters Games,” Matthews said.
“We love to celebrate good times with great friends and that is central to the Australian Masters Games sport and social model.
“A refreshing beer will be welcomed by participants after a day of intense competition on the various sporting arenas, and the chance to win a once-in-a-lifetime trip for them and their mates will make it even sweeter.”
With XXXX Gold the official beer of the 14th Australian Masters Games, they join Jack Rabbit as the official wine partner.
A packed-full social program will compliment the week-long sports activities, with the main social events – the opening ceremony, mid-week party and closing ceremony – all occurring at the Avalon Airport Games Village in Kardinia Park.
Iconic Australian entertainers Mental as Anything and James Reyne will headline the opening ceremony on Saturday 5 October whilst Pseudo Echo will headline the ‘Funky Town’ themed closing ceremony on Saturday 12 October.
