In preparation for training/coaching resumptions, which will vary from State to State, the Australian Coaching Council has released the: ‘COVID SAFE SPORT COACHES CERTIFICATION PROGRAM’
This new on-line course has been developed for all Sports Coaches/Trainers to conduct training and coaching sessions during the current COVID-19 pandemic. Staying up to date with the current guidelines, you will learn the fundamental knowledge required to conduct coaching sessions and give your athletes the confidence to return to their regular training in a safe and protected environment.
The Australian Coaching Council is delighted to report that over 50,000 people have successfully completed the ACC Covid-Safe Coaches and Officials online course since it was released in late May 2020.
“Community sporting clubs and business across Australia have embraced the program which covers all the major issues and takes around 30-40 minutes to complete,” says ACC spokesperson Rob Bradley
